I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with charming British architecture and amazing hospitality from the staff. The food at the restaurant was delightful, and the room was generally clean and hygienic. On the downside, check-in was delayed and the view from the room could have been better. Overall, it was a great value for money and I recommend it to anyone visiting Kodaikanal.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located just a few minutes' drive from the lake. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to cater to my needs. I had a delightful stay at JC Residency! The overall atmosphere was stunning with beautiful gardens and breathtaking flowers. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, especially Mr. Viyas, Mr. Varghese, and Mr. Uday, who really enhanced our experience. The only downside was that the dining options were great but could benefit from even more variety. All in all, it was a wonderful getaway with excellent value for money.
